Neesa Sweet

Neesa Sweet spent the past decade seeking out and practicing cutting edge strategies for organizational learning and effectiveness. Building on twenty years as a writer and producer of communications programs -- video, print, corporate meetings, training, and public relations -- she turned her focus to the people and systems relationships that enable people and organizations to thrive!

Today, her work centers on strategies that fulfill the potential of people as organizations evolve and grow. She formed the Braided River Group as a center for this work.

The Braided River
When water is low, during the dry season, the braided river formation becomes evident within the riverbed. Just as the river seeks a creative way through and around obstructions, yet stays within its overall path; so, too, an organization must look for strategies of flexibility in order to reach its goals.
